Thinking Framework
Decentralized technology, governance, startups and poker appear unrelated but they are all systems of distributed actors operating under uncertainty. I like to think of them under the lens of: systems, strategy, and people.
How do distributed components behave collectively, and what emerges from structure? Governance, markets, and organizations run on incentives — read them well and the efficiencies, durability, and leverage become visible.
How do you choose and commit under incomplete information? Positioning, timing, and trade-offs — the same discipline applies to protocol design, business development, governance, and the poker table.
Systems are built by people and interact with people. Understanding how humans reason, coordinate, compete, and cooperate under uncertainty is the core operating layer.
Domains
Building on blockchain infrastructure: decentralized applications, real-time distributed systems, and Web3 protocols. Focus on actual delivery over narrative.
Applying the same systems-thinking lens to a new kind of actor: designing, coordinating, and automating with AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
Designing and operating governance systems for decentralized networks. How do distributed actors reach decisions? How do incentives align at scale?
Translating technical products and complex ecosystems into market position, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships. Operating at the intersection of product and ecosystem.
Game theory as a lens for real-world decisions. Poker as a laboratory for probabilistic thinking, risk management, and navigating incomplete information under pressure.
Growing communities, organizing events, running committees, coordinating contributors. Turning people and energy into organized, forward-moving systems.
Selected Work
Decentralized poker application applying mental-poker cryptographic protocols to create a provably fair, blockchain-native card game. Combines game theory, cryptography, and decentralized infrastructure.
Decentralized real-time communication layer inspired by Redis infrastructure. Designed for fast, stateful, distributed application experiences. Infrastructure for a new generation of decentralized applications.
Active governance contributor across multiple roles: Constitutional Delegate, Voting DRep, Intersect Growth & Marketing Committee Chair, CIVICS member. Designing and operating systems for decentralized network governance.
Building incentive structures for the biggest DAO in the world. Working on incentive design for Cardano's governance actors — DReps, Constitutional Committee members, Stake Pool Operators, and delegators — so participation stays aligned with the health of the network.
Proof
Successfully conceptualized and or contributed to more than 10 funded Catalyst proposals — consistent delivery across the Cardano ecosystem.
Appointed as Cardano Ambassador. Contributing through meetups, governance, community work, and educational formats.
Hosted the Cardano Summit in Vienna, spoke on Intersect committees at the Constitutional Convention, and hosted the Cardano Open Source meetup at Vienna Open Source Conference.
Elected delegate at the Cardano Constitutional Convention, contributing to governance structure and constitutional approach.
Founded and chaired the Growth & Marketing Committee at Intersect — communication, coordination, and ecosystem growth.
Incorporated decentSoftware LLC to formalize Cardano After Dark — a software and infrastructure company building decentralized applications on Cardano.
